Terminator 3
[July.08.2003]
Ok I kept falling asleep as I wrote this review.
If it reads like TIMMY wrote it... it was sleep deprivation. |

Don't Say a Word
[Oct.01.2001]
Interesting, fast paced and worth the cost of the
ticket. Wait I'm not finished... Predictable, typical and non
threatening. A perfect hollywood movie. If this genre is your type
of movie, then I recommend it easily. |

Pearl
Harbor
June.01.2001
I don't want to see this movie. Remember when Hitler made those
propaganda films during the war? Well this is Michael Bays progpaganda film, so what if he's 60 years too late? In the
meantime
I asked the users of
the #vancouver channel in undernet to help me write a
review.

Bowling For
Columbine
June.26.2003

This was easily the most amazing
movie I saw in 2002. It's one of the bravest and most powerful
pieces of cinema you'll ever see. A review can't do it justice so
instead I'll quote Marilyn Manson. When asked what he would say
to the two kids who shot up the Columbine High School if they
were here right now. He replied "Nothing, I'd listen to them,
because no one did that".
Wow, powerful stuff. |

[Review]
I'm a big Ray Liotta
Fan. That's not a fat joke. Anyway, I wanted to see this movie
but when it came out in the theatre I was living in Newport Beach
and I didn't get a chance to see it. Then one magical day, I
found the movie online and downloaded it [collective gasp]. I
have to say... this movie is not only amazing, but it's VERY VERY
real. Run out and see it. or jog, hell catch a cab, but get down
to your local video store, take off your pants and start ranting
about "THE MAN". Either that or rent this movie, either way
you're going to have an interesting night. |

Enemy
at the Gate
June.26.2003

  [Review] Saw
this one with Lee Ingram when he came to Vancouver to visit 2
years ago. This little magical treat is out on DVD now. If you're
on a blind date and the boy/girl turns out to be a lemon, then
rent this movie and I bet you shake them within the hour. When
Lee and I saw this on Granville in a sticky seated movie theatre
we almost killed ourselves. When suicide becomes a viable option
rather than sitting through the rest of the movie... well, Save yourself, do NOT
see this movie. It's not a guy movie, it's not a chick flick.
Even wheelchair bound vegetables are voting "NO". It's a movie for people with
Alzheimer's. Speaking of which I read that Alzheimer
patients are demanding a cure for pancakes. |
