I'm just goinna come out and say it. This show ROCKS. I don't know how they did it and I don't care. As long as they keep doing it. I've hear that Mr. Quantum leap Scott Bakula has veto power over scripts. Just so ya know, that's basically impossible in TV Land for an actor to have the power to say "I don't like it, so it's not going on the air". But who knows. They obviously have great writers, they have a good team of actors, and of course they have an amazing backdrop to do their stories on. It's going to be exciting as hell to watch them discover all the things we already take for granted in the Star Trek universe, and orientate themselves with the new technology. Every single person I've talked to, with the exception of one person, who is a negative little bitch anyway, has been blown away by it. And that's a hard feat considering what you have to work with, a very picky fan base. Anyway, yadda yadda. I gathered you here to look at the:
[click on the pictures to get a full sized photo] I was talking to a fellow webmaster the other
day, who we will discretely
called Jay Irvine. And I said "Jay... may I call you Jay?... Jay, Somethings missing from my website,
it doesn't look like all the other cool as heck websites out there and I
can't put my finger on it, what do I need to do to bring people back to
the site once they've visted? or even something to get them there in the
first place? I've done all the things I think I
need like movie and cd reviews, I've got funny ha ha
stuff, I even have a webcam so people can see me stroll out of my bedroom
to the bathroom at 3 in the morning buck naked cause I forgot to turn it
off... but what else should I put on the site Jay, WHAT ELSE?" Jay looked at me
[well... he was 700 miles away but he looked at my webcam] and he sent me
an icq that said it all.
"Dude... Chickens" Here are a few facts on our UPN girl. [man that UPN is one hell of a tv station]
